Much improved food and atmosphere over the last time we dined in this restaurant a year ago (our son chose for his birthday). A new menu layout, change in plating, tables less crowded together, much better tasting food, and an outstanding waitress (Amanda). In short, a much better experience. Hostess seemed to be challenged seating more than one party at a time, but it was not a big issue.
After being seating the waiter immediately came to take my order, which was great. The food cane out pretty quick which is probably the reason it was cold. I order the royal red robin (medium well, a little pink) and sweet potatoes fries. Fries were cold and the bum of my burger was hard as rock. I didn't want to keep complaining since I had already asked for hot fries, so I removed the bum and are parts of the sandwich like that. I definite do not plan to return.
Always a great place to eat. Consistently great food. I had the cheeseburger and broccoli. One thing I like about them is unlimited sides. I could get more broccoli and hubby could get more fries..... which are delicious. Service is great. They keep a watch on the drinks but don't hound you
Red Robin was fantastic, lived here my whole life and somehow never really got around to eating at this establishment. The burger was cooked exactly the way I ordered and the bottomless fries are a nice touch! The service was 5 Star, we were checked on constantly and drinks were always filled. I had taken a client for lunch there and he left his wallet with $200 cash in it, somebody who works there picked it up immediately and got in touch with us and returned it with all the money. A true test these days I would say. I will absolutely be returning soon and I recommend it to anybody wanting that delicious burger and a cold beer.
I've wanted to try this place for a long time. I went by myself and loved it. They had bottomless fries when you order certain foods. It should be illegal for a burger restaurant to be so good.
