Something has to be done about the store on 10th st. Tonight makes the second time they have taken a delivery order from us and then didn't bring the food. So we wait for 80, 90 minutes expecting a delivery order only to have them not show up and quit answering the phone. Also, more than once I have had them not even answer at 10pm when they aren't supposed to close until 11. There needs to be quality management put into place so that proper supervision can begin to improve the horrendous customer service and dishonesty that has been going on here for quite some time.
Friendly service reasonable food
Since we moved, our closest Gino's is now this one on 10th St. I ordered some food for delivery; a large chicken bacon ranch Pubwich, no bacon, and some breadstrips with cheese, add an extra marinara sauce. The total was $19.02 for these two items before tip. The estimated time was 30-45 minutes but it took an hour. This seemed a bit long since most folks are grilling at home for the holiday but I figured they may have a skeleton crew today. The Pubwich was tasty but the breadstrips were not. They were very different in consistency than others I have eaten at various Gino's and seemed like the dough hadn't risen or some thing. They were not burnt or dry but had a toughness about them. Next time ordering from this one, I'll get the sandwich and a side to get to the $10 delivery minimum.
Good pizza and food. Convenient wherever you are, they're all over the place. Best is the pub on 5th Avenue to watch sports or for kids birthday parties.
Love the pizza very much ,but sandwiches are good , but they need to add more meat and toppings for the price we pay for them .
