The park was completely upgraded in the early 1990s and features a variety of recreational amenities. As illustrated by the aerial photograph, current features of the park include:

- Family picnic area
- Hard-court area for basketball and tennis
- Horseshoe court Internal trail
- Open play field
- Parking lot for 10 to 15 vehicles
- Sand volleyball court
- Winter skating area
