Sarzotti Park is home to the Ojai Recreation Department and the site of many of Ojai’s recreation programs. The park includes the Boyd Center, the John G. Martin gymnasium and two Picnic Areas that are available to rent. Sarzotti Park is also home to two ballfields with year-round softball and soccer activities. Use of the fields is heavy and often accompanied by many spectators. In 2005, a new backstop building and restrooms were constructed for the ballfields. Drop in basketball, gymnastics and many other activities take place in the gymnasium. A fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment and free weights is also available at the Boyd Center. Baseball fields, horseshoe pits, a concession stand, a playground, and Oak shaded open space beckon people of all ages to enjoy the recreational opportunities at Sarzotti Park!
