The Chanhassen Recreation Center opened in September of 1995 and serves the residents of Chanhassen and the surrounding area. It is located at 2310 Coulter Boulevard near the intersection of Highway 5 and Galpin Boulevard (east side of Bluff Creek Elementary School).
The Recreation Center takes pride in creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for people of all ages at an affordable price. The Recreation Center is a focal point for many of the city's recreation activities. The facilities include a gym, fitness room, aerobics/dance room, and meeting rooms.
The Recreation Center offers a unique no pre-registration system that fits busy lifestyles. Go to the "club" when you feel like it and only pay for what you use (no yearly membership fees). Simply pay for the fitness room and open gym when you check-in, or use your punch card.
