Definitely sub-par for KOA. Not the place you want to visit for a relaxing family weekend. Bathrooms are old and not well maintained. "Quiet hours" are a joke. If you are looking to be up all night partying this is your kind of place. One of our kids is a one year old and dealing the late night drinking and hanging out right next to our camper was ridiculous. Campsites are right on top of each other and no one enforces quiet time which doesn't start til 11 pm to begin with. They also allow people to openly ride around on golf carts and ATVs while drinking from obvious alcohol containers and no one says anything. In my opinion definitely not a family and kid friendly environment. The pool was about the only positive of this campground. Roads and paths are in horrible condition. Campsites are super small.

The most disgusting bathrooms I have seen. Really? You need to clean them at least daily! Pool was old and shabby looking. Sites are lauded out very oddly (ours placed our awning into the road. Luckily the spot behind us was open, so we sat behind our camper in the other spot.

We stayed here on a leg from Chicago to the great Smoky mountains. It was perfect. So on our way back, on short notice, we came back and we were welcomrd and treated so very well and we would return in a hey!

HORRIBLE BATHROOMS. Only 3 out of 6 stalls functioning. Smelt like an outhouse because of the overfilled, non-flushing toilets. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on day 1 and never replaced. Dumpsters over - flowing. Lost electric for 6hrs on a hot afternoon and replaced the blown transformer with a lower power one. Consequently the electric wasn't powerful enough all weekend. Pool closed in afternoon due to too many people. Store hours 10am - 6pm and not fully stocked.

They opened a new 58 space 50 amp loop on Saturday. Should be a real benefit IF they don't let annuals over run it like the other loops. Well maintained with a helpful staff.
