This is the worst KOA I've ever stayed in. I have traveled across the US for the past 6 months staying exclusively in KOAs. When I registered, I was told the showers at the back of the property, where I was, were open and working. They were not. Only one shower was open, the others were locked. The staff said the other showers are being renovated. I went to use the shower in the registration building and it was locked and the password I was given didn't work, it took some 5 minutes to convince the desk clerk to look at the lock. She couldn't get her password to work either. I tried using the handicap shower but there was no hot water in it. When the maintenance person got the door open to the Women's room, I was able to shower. I used the laundromat and discovered of the 8 dryers, only 3 were in working order. The 10 washing machines had 3 out of order. I had to ask the front desk to clean up my RV site as there were cigarette butts and trash all over it. I do not recommend this place. I have never seen a KOA so mismanaged. Dry camping would have been less frustrating.
