Bagley Park

201 NE Jackson Street

This 2-acre neighborhood park in downtown Hillsboro provides a pleasant open space for community residents. Developed in 1926, it is the second oldest park (Shute Park is the oldest) in Hillsboro. The playground is heavily used by nearby residents, and the reservable picnic shelter and basketball court are popular lunchtime destinations for employees who work downtown. Benches are provided throughout the park along the paved path. The park can be accessed from the north, west, and south sides. Restrooms and a drinking fountain are provided.

Nice park for small kids. The playground is just right for little ones. Not much challenge for big kids, but the basketball court is nice.

Grass is so green and they have a large covered picnic area and plenty of playground equipment and areas to just run around. Nice basketball court too. I didn't even see the whole park. Dogs are welcome and there are free waste bags to dispose of your pet's waste. It's definitely designed as a neighborhood park as there is only street parking and it is in the middle of a large Hillsboro neighborhood. There is some traffic, but you won't even really notice it. It's a quiet neighborhood.

This is a beautiful little park! Well maintained, like all parks in the City of Hillsboro. If the basketball courts were covered, I would definitely give it five stars. Regardless, it's still a great place to go.

Play area is now fully fenced in, bathrooms are very nearby, but could definitely use some shade.
