Beware! If you’re planning to check in during late hours. I notified them about my arrival time at the time of booking the cabin and I was assured that I’ll be fine. When I turned up after midnight, there wasn’t anyone at the site + the emergency numbers weren’t working. Apart from that the place was good. The customer service needs to improve.

Great park but everyone is squished together. Literally almost touching slides to next door neighbor, so Secluded that we had no cell phone service the entire time. WiFi was non existent. Definitely not something we can go to since I need the connectivity for work. However, if you want to be disconnected, this is the place to be!

Nice park, beautiful canyon area, and easy access to the Pacific Coast Trail. The campground has very narrow sites. We dont have slide outs, and still there was barely any room between campers in our row. The kids in the tents were loud on the weekend until 11, not 10, but with the AC on it wasn't too bad. It's not too far away from the city of LA, so we were able to go into town to do things there and stay away from the crowds.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Definitely not what we were expecting for a KOA (we've been camping across the Oregon Trail and up the coast of California with some absolutely wonderful experiences at other KOA's). We arrived at 930pm so we weren't able to see much of our surroundings so i cant really speak to that part of the site. The staff member who met us at the entrance was very friendly and helpful, which was probably the only shining glory of this place. The bathrooms were disgusting, there were kids screaming across the tent area until late into the night (when is quiet time?). Oh yeah.. and there was a train going by on the regular who seemed to delight in blowing the whistle every. single. time they went by (about 5 times between 11pm and 5am). I don't usually write horrible reviews but when were paying the same price as we've paid at other KOAs, I expect the same level of quality at each place.

Find another place to stay. Only good for a place to lay your head. No activities for the kids. Absolutely no cell service. Wifi only works at the office. Showers are run down. Just a gravel parking lot with a train running thru all hours of the night
