First Day Hike at Shore Acres State Park

Join us for our First Day Hike at beautiful Shore Acres State Park! Experience the everchanging environment that is the Oregon Coast. Learn about the flora, fauna, and fungi that have adapted to live in such a dynamic environment.

What: Coastal Hike–1.5 mile guided walk answers common questions about the rocks, plants, animals and mushrooms of Shore Acres State Park with a park ranger. The hike will consist of mostly easy to medium terrain, some areas will involve hiking upstairs. Expect wet and muddy conditions. 

Bring: Please bring water, appropriate clothing (wet and cold weather gear), and sturdy waterproof shoes.
